Photographs By Cutts Imaging Group, Fashion Styling by Elena Hrvatin

Makaha Sugita is the second model I shoot for Elena.
T was helping me on the shoot and we set up a hair/rim light to get separation between the model and the couch, but we ended up getting a cool lens flare we worked with for a while before fixing the "problem".

I love working with T, the first time was a bit of a struggle, but we've really worked hard on communicating clearly and have worked through that early ... learning experience.

Logan Situ Los Angeles Headshot.

Logan drove into L.A. a few months ago to go for his acting dream.  He's gotten a couple of jobs on the Food Network, and is looking for an agent.  We shot in his tiny apartment, but I had enough room to set up a medium soft box, the walls were mostly white to bounce off for fill.  We shot five of six looks in a few hours and I was home in time for lunch.

Bryan Billups Los Angeles Headshot

I drove into LA monday to photograph Bryan.  Kenny Martin hooked us up (thanks Kenny), Bryan's looking to get some work with an agency, needed a headshot, so I made him one, or three.  We worked in his front room, the smallest front I've worked in, but workable.  I taped a back drop to the wall, blasted it with two Dynalite heads.  To light Bryan I didn't have enough room to set up more than one light, and it had to be kind of small so I threw another head in a Calumet medium strip box.  Not a bad for Monday, after which I gave in to a chest cold that knocked me on my ass for a few days.

My favorite:

I'm good as new, and ready to keep kicking ass.
